What is a solargraph?

A solargraph is an image recorded of the path of the sun, in some ways an artistic representation that gives some truly awe inspiring images.  These images are exposed over a long period of time usually from 1 day up to approxomately 6 months or beyond.

 

A pure form of photography

Extremely low tech equipment, no lens, pinhole camera and the grace of nature can make this one of the purest forms of photography, you don't even need photographic chemicals.

 

A journey beyond time

You begin to appreciate the passage of time and the power of wonder in the firmament, in some ways within space but beyond time.

 

Can anybody make a solograph?
